Shipping Info

This product ships best in cooler temperature since it melts at 86 degrees Fahrenheit. If it is warmer than that where you live, the product may melt during shipping. We can include cooling packs, but it is best to select priority mail, which is supposed to take 2-3 days.

Our goal is for you to receive your Skin ē Butter in perfect condition.  If your butter has started to melt upon receipt, please rest the package in the fridge before opening.   If it is liquified, it is still ok to use.  Shea Butter can become grainy after melting but it can be rewhipped once it has cooled.

We typically will use USPS for our shipping needs unless we can get it sent at a lower cost to you. In the event we can ship at a lower cost, any savings over $1 will be credited back to your acct.
